The agreement is made and is effective as of March 2021, between Overseas Media Inc. (Company Registration No. 3089829), a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware State, USA and located at 36-01, 37th Avenue, Long Island City, New York, NY, 11101, USA(the “Licensor”); and, NEW IT VENTURE CORPORATION (Company Registration No. 0118-01-020444), a company incorporated in Japan and having its registered address at Kopo Yamato Bldg, 1F & 2F, Tateishi 5-24-8, Katsushika-Ku, Tokyo 124-0012, Japan, concerning the distribution of the popular channel RTVi through NEW IT VENTURE Platform in Japan.
In accordance with the agreement, the channel was launched on 17 May 2021 on NEW IT VENTURE’s Portable News platform.
