• Technical background and experience (Engineering graduate is recommended)

Job Requirements

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Close Coordination and driving the rollout with third parties/vendors
• Should able to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Description

• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Tracking Site-Rollout/ Telecom implementation and site by site issue management
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Track project performance report daily and weekly for Working and management level

Personal Requirement

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bilingual (Fluent English and Japanese)
• A strong focus on quality customer service
• Good motivational skills and be capable of working well on one’s own or as a member of a team
• An aptitude for analytical thought
• Should be able to work under pressure

Salary

• JPY 300,000 to 500,000 YEN /Month (Negotiable)
