We have been offering a complete range of web & mobile application services, including initial prototyping, design, Android / iOS mobile development, as well as application back-end and web infrastructure since 2004 A.D.  We have been developing a cutting edge software application from the ground up as well as adding a layer in an existing system such as: – giving a facelift to their existing app, adding monetization capabilities, multiple platforms for their existing application, data visualization and analysis, and many more.

Educational Description

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
– 3+ years of experience

Job Requirements

1. Strategic HR Leadership:
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including developing comprehensive job descriptions.

2. HR Operations and Systems:
– Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
– Foster a positive working environment.
– Oversee the performance appraisal system, ensuring Monthly KPIs are met.
– Assess training needs, implement and monitor training programs.

3. Compensation and Benefits:
– Manage salary payrolls and maintain the benefits program.
– Ensure timely Bank Reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, Party reconciliation, and Cash reconciliation statements.
– Maintain a good relationship with suppliers, adhering to the organization’s payment policies.

4. Talent Management and PR:
– Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
– Establish and maintain positive relations with technical institutions and universities to explore potential talent.

5. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
– Update work related to regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with government rules, especially in VAT.
– Handle daily voucher entry, stock records, petty cash, client payment, bank reconciliation.
– Coordinate with auditors to finalize financial statements.

6. General Administration:
– Ensure all accounting records and reports are up-to-date.
– Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
– Look after the overall office environment and maintain a high standard.
