This Agreement is made and is effective as of June, 2016 between Japan International Broadcasting Inc., a Japan corporation, at 1-19-4 Jinnan Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0041 Japan (“JIB”) and NITV (“Distributor”) concerning the retransmission of JIB’s video program service entitled NHK WORLD PREMIUM and NHK WORLD ENGLISH.This agreement is carried out for the NITV’s platform: NETTV.
